Club's 36th AGM Approves Treasurer, Plans Christmas Market
The 36th annual general meeting of the club was held recently, chaired by Otto Schmid. The event was well-attended, with Mayor Werner Endres, council members, club representatives, and honorary member Hans-Peter Koch present. A moment of silence was observed in memory of late honorary member Gertrud Hatzelmann.
The meeting began with the proposal to discharge the treasurer and the board, which was unanimously approved. The treasurer, Johanna Munz, received high praise from the auditors, Eva Lippert and Claudia Müller, for maintaining the accounts in excellent order. All payments are now handled through a checking account, with no cash on hand.
The club has plans to participate in the Dietmannsried Christmas market on November 29 and 30. The editorial team ensures the accuracy of self-submitted contents, making changes only in exceptional cases.
The 36th annual general meeting was a successful event, with key decisions made and plans for future activities. The club looks forward to its participation in the upcoming Christmas market and continues to improve its financial management.
