Compass Center for Families ED Forty under 40
Four professionals from Sheridan have been named among Wyoming’s Forty Under 40 for 2024. The annual award, given by the Wyoming Chamber of Commerce, recognises emerging leaders across the state. This year’s local honourees include executives, legal experts, and business owners making an impact in northern Wyoming.
Tifany Resser, Executive Director of Compass Center for Families, was one of the Sheridan-area leaders selected. The organisation supports families in Sheridan and Johnson Counties by offering resources and guidance. Resser’s award reflects the efforts of her team and board members in assisting communities across the region.
Other Sheridan professionals recognised include Bradley Thimmesch, an associate attorney at Yonkee and Toner LLP. Mikole Bede Soto, a partner and attorney with Chapman, Valdez and Lansing, also received the honour. James (J.T.) Grainger, founder of Sheridan Pilots 307 LLC flight school, was named as well. Michelle Wilson, Chief Operating Officer of EMIT Technologies, and Tyler Grethen, Marketing Manager at Weatherby, completed the list of local recipients. The Forty Under 40 programme highlights individuals from diverse industries who are shaping Wyoming’s business and community landscape.
The awards celebrate professionals under 40 who demonstrate leadership and innovation in their fields. Sheridan’s six honourees join a statewide group of emerging leaders recognised for their contributions. Their work spans legal services, aviation, technology, and family support sectors.
