CPI(M) Unveils Bihar Manifesto, Slams NDA's Lawlessness and Job Crisis
The Communist Party of India (Marxist) or CPI(M) has released its manifesto for the upcoming Bihar assembly elections. The party has highlighted issues of employment generation and lawlessness under the ruling NDA government, following the recent killing of a Jan Suraaj Party supporter, Dular Chand Yadav.
The CPI(M) manifesto emphasizes the need for employment opportunities in Bihar to prevent out-migration to other states, such as the USA. This comes amidst concerns over the lack of job prospects in the state.
The party has also condemned the death of Dular Chand Yadav, alleging that it is a result of lawlessness under the NDA rule. The suspect, Ajit Kumar, is a candidate from the Janata Dal (United) in Mokama. The CPI(M) has accused the ruling alliance of running a negative campaign and slandering opposition leaders.
In a separate development, CPI(M) leader Brinda Karat has expressed bewilderment over Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma's remarks about Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi.
The CPI(M) has put forward its vision for Bihar, focusing on employment generation and addressing lawlessness. The party has also criticized the ruling NDA for its handling of the Dular Chand Yadav case and its campaign tactics. As the elections approach, the party's manifesto and allegations are set to spark further debate and discussion.
