A cyclist has died after being struck by a RAM 1500 truck in Berlin-Neukölln. The crash occurred near the A100 motorway, leading to a full closure of the southbound lanes. This incident marks the 35th traffic fatality in the city this year.

The collision happened when the RAM 1500 truck driver turned from Oberlandstraße onto the A100. The cyclist was hit during the maneuver and suffered fatal injuries. Emergency services confirmed the death at the scene.

This incident brings Berlin’s road death toll to 35 for 2024. Traffic disruptions continue while the scene is examined. Drivers are being advised to avoid the area until the motorway reopens.
