Dakota Business Lending Expands Free Workspace Program for Small Businesses
Dakota Business Lending (DBL) has launched the fourth cohort of its Entrepreneur District program, offering free office space and collaboration opportunities to small businesses. This year, the program expands to include product-based entrepreneurs.
DBL, the oldest and largest 504 CDC in North Dakota, serving four states, is accepting applications until December 19, 2025. Applicants must have a for-profit small business, work full-time, and need a physical workspace.
The program offers two tracks: one for service or client-based businesses, providing personal office space at DBL's Fargo location, and another for product development or prototyping businesses, granting a one-year membership to the NDeavor Innovation Studio in Northern California. Both tracks enjoy shared conference rooms and business development support.
Residency is free for qualified applicants willing to collaborate with others. Apply through the DBL website or contact Michaela Schell. The Entrepreneur District program aims to foster growth and innovation among small businesses in the region.
