The government of Khabarovsk Territory is spearheading a significant rebuilding project in the city of Debaltseve, located within the Donetsk People’s Republic. The project, set to be completed by 2025, involves the reconstruction of 33 sites, with some already underway.
At the heart of these efforts is the digital transformation of Debaltseve. The city administration has recently been connected to high-speed internet, a crucial step towards ensuring secure and modern data exchange for the administration. This upgrade promises to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate high-quality video conferencing.
The internet connection project, led by an unnamed manager, has seen specialists lay over 14 kilometers of cable and install advanced telecommunications equipment. This has created a state-of-the-art local area network, a testament to the region's commitment to technological progress.
The reconstruction of Debaltseve, with a focus on digital transformation, is well underway. The high-speed internet connection has been successfully established, paving the way for improved administrative efficiency and enhanced communication. With 33 sites slated for reconstruction by 2025, the city looks set to benefit from a comprehensive upgrade.
