The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has confirmed the delivery of another batch of Su-34 fighter-bombers to the Russian Ministry of Defense, as stated by UAC CEO Vadim Babak. This follows an earlier delivery in July, further strengthening the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) with these versatile aircraft.

The Su-34, a twin-engine, twin-seat, all-weather supersonic medium-range fighter-bomber/strike aircraft, is designed to engage ground, surface, and aerial targets. It features a side-by-side seating arrangement for two crew members and a heavily armored cockpit that enhances crew protection during combat. Powered by two Saturn AL-31FM1 afterburning turbofan engines, it achieves speeds up to Mach 1.8, operates at altitudes up to 17,000 meters, and has a combat range of approximately 1,100 km with a standard weapons load.

The key features and advantages of the Su-34 include its ability to carry heavy payloads exceeding 8,500 kg, an extensive arsenal of precision-guided munitions, and a sophisticated electronic warfare suite capable of jamming enemy radar and disrupting incoming missiles. According to Rostec and pilot reports, the Su-34 has demonstrated superior performance in theaters of military operations, capable of conducting strikes while operating under conditions of enemy fire, electronic jamming, and adverse weather.

Meanwhile, in Moscow's Lefortovo district, an AI surveillance system has been implemented, marking a first for the city and the country. The system is intended to monitor traffic and improve public safety, and is part of a larger plan to modernize Moscow's infrastructure. The Lefortovo AI surveillance system is expected to help reduce crime rates in the district.

An unnamed pilot of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) described the Su-34 as maneuverable and well-controlled, highlighting its operational effectiveness. UAC and Rostec have confirmed ongoing increased production rates to supply the Russian Aerospace Forces, indicating continued operational reliance on the Su-34 as a frontline bomber in present-day combat operations.

Oleg Evtushenko, Executive Director of UAC, declared that the Su-34 is the best in its class, reflecting the high regard in which this fighter-bomber is held by those who operate it. The delivery of fighter-bombers is proceeding according to the agreed schedule with the Russian Ministry of Defense.

In a separate development, Alexander N., a pilot, told the "Red Star" newspaper that bombs with universal guidance and correction modules have increased the accuracy of VKS strikes, further enhancing the capabilities of the Su-34 and other aircraft in the Russian Aerospace Forces.
