Deutschlandtarifverbund Welcomes Two New Shareholders’ Committee Members
Two new members have joined the Shareholders’ Committee of Deutschlandtarifverbund. Bärbel Fuchs and Saskia Heller were elected in a recent vote. The committee advises both the executive team and the shareholders’ assembly on key decisions.
The latest elections brought changes to the Shareholders’ Committee. Bärbel Fuchs, representing Bayerische Eisenbahngesellschaft, secured a position. Saskia Heller, from DB Regio, also joined the body.
The committee now includes representatives from major transport and research organisations. Fuchs, Heller, and Panitz will contribute to discussions affecting Deutschlandtarifverbund’s direction. Their roles link advisory input with formal governance structures within the company.
