Plan A, founded in 2017, provides emissions accounting software certified under the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative. Its platform already serves major enterprises like BMW, Deutsche Bank, Visa, and Trivago. The company’s architecture is designed for scalability, making it an attractive addition to Diginex’s existing tools.
The deal positions Diginex among a select group of providers offering end-to-end emissions management within one platform. With Plan A’s enterprise client base and Diginex’s enhanced analytics, the merged entity will target accelerated growth in a high-demand sector. The acquisition is expected to close following final agreements and regulatory approvals.
