Dormagen honors decades of dedication from local council members
Dormagen’s city administration recognised long-serving council members at a ceremony on Tuesday, December 2. The event, held at the New Town Hall, honoured individuals for their decades of voluntary work and contributions to the community.
Seven council members received the Silver Honor Pin for at least ten years of service. Three had already been awarded this distinction in previous years, while one had earlier received the City’s Ring of Honor.
The ceremony celebrated years of service and commitment from local leaders. Ellrich’s Gold Honor Pin and the Silver Pins awarded to others reflect their long-term contributions. The main event underscored the importance of voluntary work in Dormagen’s development.
