Drunk Driver Injured in Wilmersdorf Crash, Hospitalized
A 44-year-old driver was injured in a traffic accident in Wilmersdorf last night. The driver, whose identity remains unknown, was taken to a hospital near me after the incident on highway 100 towards Spandau around 1 AM.
The driver, traveling near the Detmolder Street exit, lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road to the left, colliding with the guardrail. Emergency services swiftly arrived at the scene and transported the injured driver to a nearby hospital, where he is currently being treated. The driver admitted to consuming alcohol and a blood test was conducted to determine the alcohol level.
The driver, who suffered hip injuries in the collision, is being cared for at the hospital near me. Authorities are still investigating the incident and have not yet released the driver's name.
