Due to Training: Wait Times for Calls at Town Hall
The Bergisches Service Center will operate with limited availability on Wednesday, 11 October. Staff training will take place between 10:00 and 12:00, affecting normal service levels during that period.
The two-hour session was planned to fit the centre’s operating hours and staff schedules. A mid-morning slot ensures minimal disruption to daily services while allowing employees to attend without major conflicts.
Callers may notice longer wait times than usual during the training window. The centre has advised customers to expect delays when contacting them between 10:00 and 12:00.
The training aims to improve service quality while keeping interruptions to a minimum. After 12:00, the centre will return to its regular operations, with no further delays expected.
