East Donegal Township to Vote on Controversial Pension Plan Changes
A proposed change to East Donegal Township’s pension plan will be discussed at an upcoming meeting. The Board of Supervisors has scheduled a session for Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to review and potentially approve the amendment. The college board itself drafted the proposal to modify the Non-Uniform Pension Plan. This plan applies to certain township employees who are not covered by standard pension arrangements. The decision will be made during the zoom meeting at the township offices. Residents and employees can attend to hear the discussion and outcome. The amended ordinance would take effect once finalised by the board.
