East Lampeter Township to review catalyst site and hangar expansion on December 11

A zoning hearing has been scheduled for December 11, 2025, by the East Lampeter Township Zoning Hearing Board. Two key cases will be discussed, including requests for property variances and special exceptions. The session will take place at the Township Municipal Building in Lancaster.

The first case, numbered 2025-13, involves an appeal and variance request for a site at 1724 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster. Owners seek approval to operate a wholesale and distribution catalyst at the location.

The second case, 2025-14, involves a property at 311 Airport Drive, Smoketown. Here, the request includes a variance and special exception to expand hangar capacity and increase the impervious surface area.

The hearing is set for 7:00 PM at the Township Municipal Building, located at 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster. Public records do not currently list the directors of Professional Real Estate Holdings LLC or Jemar Management LLC as participants in the proceedings.

Both cases will be reviewed during the December 11 hearing. Decisions made could impact land use and business operations in the township. The meeting remains open to the public for attendance.
