Elderly woman robbed in broad daylight at Berlin cemetery
An 81-year-old woman was robbed in broad daylight while walking with her husband in a Berlin cemetery. The attack happened on Humboldtstraße in Reinickendorf The incident took place at midday when an unknown assailant approached the woman from behind. The attacker pulled the handbag over her head before fleeing the scene. Paramedics arrived shortly after and treated the victim for neck pain at the location.
The robbery is now under investigation by the robbery unit of Police Directorate 1 (North). Authorities have not yet identified the suspect but are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
