Yakutskenergo Prepares for Upcoming Corporate Competitions

Yakutskenergo, a part of the RusHydro Group, is gearing up for the upcoming corporate competitions for operational staff of thermal power plants. The jubilee, fifth competitions will take place from September 17 to 23, 2025, at AO "DGC" in Khabarovsk and in the village of Krasnorechenskoye, Khabarovsk Krai.

Led by Yevgeny Mashanov, the deputy chief engineer for operation, the Yakutskenergo team is currently preparing independently for the corporate competitions. The team includes experienced members such as Oleg Bakhlyuev (shift supervisor of the power plant), Danil Agafonov (shift supervisor of the boiler-turbine shop No.1), Bogdan Ivanov (shift supervisor of the chemical shop), Nikolai Seidalov (engineer for APCS), Artem Sergeev (electrician), Vyacheslav Pobeidinsky (senior operator), and Andrei Ignatyev (steam turbine operator).

The team members have honed their skills and knowledge in providing first aid to an injured worker during specialized training they underwent in June of this year at a personnel training center. The training was part of a system designed to enhance the skills and performance of operational staff in thermal power plants within the RusHydro Group.

The competitions aim to improve the qualifications of operational staff within the RusHydro Group and provide an opportunity for Yakutskenergo to represent itself within the Group. They are considered prestigious within the RusHydro Group and aim to enhance the professional level of workers at energy enterprises in the Far Eastern region. The fifth competitions will mark the jubilee of the event.
