Enkime Bolsters Presence with Acquisition of Granny Agency
Enkime, a prominent independent social media agency in Germany, has fortified its presence with the acquisition of insolvent agency Granny. The move sees Enkime rename the agency 'Granny by Enkime', integrating its customer base and expertise. The acquisition comes as Enkime continues to grow, generating over four billion views monthly and reaching more than 180 million followers.
Enkime's acquisition of Granny is set to bolster its footprint in the market. Granny by Enkime will operate as a strategy and creative unit within Enkime, offering strategic creative consulting and brand management for premium customers. This includes a roster of high-profile clients such as Meta, Bumble, Amazon Prime, and Flixbus.
The integration of Granny sees Enkime's founders Max Dorn and Oliver Delfendahl working alongside Granny's founders Saghar Munz and Moritz Preißer. The acquisition comes as Enkime continues to expand its portfolio, now boasting over 100 top creators under exclusive management and a database of over 10,000 micro-creators. Last year alone, Enkime achieved a 60 percent increase in revenue, winning customers like Zalando and Spotify.
With the acquisition of Granny, Enkime now offers 'vertical-first' agency services, bundling strategy, creation, and creator power under one roof. This move further solidifies Enkime's position as a leading independent social media agency in Germany, aiming to accompany brands holistically from strategy to viral implementation in social networks and the creator community.
