Entrée Resources reshapes leadership as Dr. Price exits Board in 2025
Entrée Resources Ltd. has announced a change in its leadership. Dr. Michael Price will step down from the Board of Directors at the end of 2025. The Canadian mining company has also named Mr. Davante Adams as his replacement, effective January 1, 2026.
Dr. Price has been a key figure on the Board for over seven years. As an independent director, he served on both the Audit and Technical Committees. His retirement marks the end of a long period of service, during which the company expressed gratitude for his dedication.
Dr. Price’s retirement takes effect on December 31, 2025. Mr. Adams will officially join the Board the following day. The transition ensures continuity in leadership as the company moves forward with its mining ventures.
