Ex-military duo launches flexible cleaning business in Obertshausen
A new cleaning and maintenance business has launched in Obertshausen. RM Facility Management GbR opened its doors in the summer of 2025, offering specialised services for homes and offices. The company focuses on window cleaning, outdoor surfaces, and general caretaking tasks. Founders Richard Huhn and Max Schubert, both former members of the German Armed Forces, established the business with support from Obertshausen's economic development office. Their services cover a 20-kilometre radius around the town, including nearby areas.
The two-person team handles a range of tasks, from conservatory and window cleaning to maintaining driveways, walkways, and office entrances. They also provide commercial office cleaning and general caretaking. Each job is assessed individually to tailor the service to the client's needs. RM Facility Management takes on projects of all sizes, ensuring flexibility for both private and commercial customers. Their approach allows them to adapt quickly to different requirements, whether for one-off jobs or regular maintenance contracts.
The company now serves clients within a 20-kilometre range of Obertshausen. Their services include window, outdoor surface, and office cleaning, as well as caretaking. With local government backing and a focus on tailored solutions, the business aims to meet growing demand in the region.
