The event focuses on key challenges faced by family-run companies, from succession planning to digital transformation. Attendance is free, but participants must register in advance. The forum brings together small and medium-sized family businesses, individual entrepreneurs, and industry specialists. Discussions will cover topics like the upcoming 2026 tax reform, AI adoption in business, and the psychology of entrepreneurship. An exhibition will also showcase products and services from family-run enterprises.

Confirmed speakers include Elena Dybova, Vice President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Yegor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The event is organised with support from the Nizhny Novgorod Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Attendees can register online via the chamber's official website. The agenda features presentations by experienced entrepreneurs, followed by open discussions on financing, risk management, and intergenerational knowledge transfer.
