Fatal crash on State Road 100 leaves one dead in Brandenburg
A 53-year-old man from Uckermark has died in a car crash on State Road 100. The accident happened early in the morning on a stretch of road between Zerpenschleuse and Groß Schönbeck in the Barnim district. The driver lost control of his vehicle and collided with a tree. Emergency services arrived quickly but could not save him. He suffered severe injuries and died shortly after the crash.
Police and accident investigators have begun standard procedures. These include securing the scene, examining the vehicle, and collecting evidence.
