Focus on Diversity in IAA Transportation 2024: Emphasis by Meiller

Meiller, a renowned manufacturer of heavy-duty tippers and loading equipment, is set to exhibit at the Hannover Messe trade show, showcasing a wide range of products and various drive technologies. Among the highlights are the Maxtreme H436, Grandload tipper semi-trailer, Tectrum RS21.70 roll-off tipper, and Tectris AK14 skip loader.

The Maxtreme H436, a heavy-duty truck or trailer model, is designed for handling high loads and extreme transport volumes. Its robustness and high capacity make it an ideal choice for demanding applications.

The Grandload tipper semi-trailer, designed for transporting bulk materials, promises maximum load capacity and reliability. It is weight-optimized yet robust, impressing on the road and in difficult terrain.

The Tectrum RS21.70 roll-off tipper, often used for construction and waste management, has been designed for use in cities and residential areas. Meiller promises a long service life for this equipment, which offers features like durability and ease of use.

The Tectris AK14 skip loader, a versatile loader used for various tasks, is combined with the i.s.a.r. Control 3 remote control, offering sequence control for simplified work processes. This loader, designed for two-axle chassis of all drive types with a nominal load of 14 tons, has been improved through targeted revision, with a reinforced loading bridge construction and KTL dip coating for corrosion protection.

A new equipment highlight is the chain flap, which offers a mechanically operated trough closure for the tipper. Presented as an alternative to existing rear wall designs, the chain flap combines the advantages of the freely swinging rear wall and the hydraulic solution.

In addition to transporting bulk goods, tippers with cranes can load and unload themselves, potentially saving additional vehicles in operation. Meiller's new crane attachment concept, a response to the steadily increasing demand for tippers with cranes, ensures efficient crane installation.

Visitors to the trade show can also expect to see a Trigenius D212, a tipper for heavy 2-axle vehicles, equipped with a crane. This equipment, along with the Tectris AK14 skip loader and various sizes of the Trigenius three-way tipper series, will be on display in Hannover.

For detailed information on these products and their features, it would be advisable to check Meiller's official website or press releases related to their participation at IAA 2023. Interested parties might also consider checking industry-specific news outlets or automotive and commercial vehicle exhibitions for updates on these innovative products and other recent developments in the field.

The Maxtreme H436, with its high load capacity and robust design, is an excellent choice for the aerospace industry, given its potential applications in transporting heavy equipment.

The Tectris AK14 skip loader, equipped with the i.s.a.r. Control 3 remote control, is not only suitable for transportation projects but also in finance sectors, where efficiency and sequence control for simplified work processes are paramount.
