Forge Campus in Loveland, Colorado, has been named the state’s 2025 Company of the Year. The 177-acre site has grown rapidly, attracting over 50 technology and manufacturing firms since its relaunch. Its success follows a major redevelopment push and a surge in occupancy from 15% to 73%. Founded by Chris Allard and Scott Hodge, Forge Campus now operates under co-owners Jay Dokter and Josh Kamrath. The site offers scalable industrial space, flexible lease terms, and on-site manufacturing support. Companies also benefit from access to capital, workforce training, and design services. The campus now houses over 50 advanced-industry firms. Its mix of industrial resources, community programming, and economic partnerships has driven rapid growth.
