Frank Mund Honored for Decades of Service to Mönchengladbach's Craft Trade
Frank Mund, a dedicated district master craftsman, has been recognised for his decades of service. The city of Mönchengladbach awarded him the Goldene Ehrennadel, its highest volunteer honour.
Mund's commitment spans various roles, including his work with the District Craftsmen's Association, IHK Düsseldorf, and the Association of the Motor Vehicle Trade. His dedication has been so significant that the city could not find a previous recipient who matched his level of service under the same criteria.
The award was presented at a ceremony in the House of Crafts by Mayor Felix Heinrichs. The city bestows this honour on volunteers who dedicate up to 30 hours a week and prioritise the interests of their colleagues and the local craft trade. Mund, who has served as district master craftsman since 2010, is a prime example of such dedication.
Frank Mund's Goldene Ehrennadel recognises his outstanding service to the craft trade in Mönchengladbach. His award highlights the city's appreciation for volunteers who make significant contributions to their communities.
