Free Workshop Teaches Cultural Leaders How to Foster Meaningful Dialogue
Kultur.Land.Bilden, in collaboration with Partnerschaft für Demokratie Wartburgkreis, presents a free workshop titled 'Staying in Dialogue: Shaping Cultural Institutions as Meeting Places'. The event will take place on Monday, November 19, 2025, at the Demokratiewerkstatt in Bad Salzungen, led by Dr. Maria Schneider, from 5:00 PM to approximately 8:00 PM.
The workshop aims to equip professionals from cultural and educational institutions with tools to engage in constructive conversations with differing views. Topics covered include defining goals for meaningful dialogues, moderation methods, and communication skills in challenging situations. Kathrin Schuchardt, a mediator and communication specialist, will lead the workshop. Participants can register and find more information at www.kulturlandbilden.de.
The workshop 'Staying in Dialogue: Shaping Cultural Institutions as Meeting Places' offers a unique opportunity for professionals to enhance their dialogue skills. By attending, they can help transform cultural institutions into spaces for understanding and unity, especially in times of social division.
