From Screamin Cow to TalentFuze: How Brad Starnes Reinvented His Marketing Empire
Brad Starnes, a seasoned entrepreneur, recently shifted his focus from website building and branding for home service companies to establishing TalentFuze, a digital marketing agency that hires overseas talent. After selling his previous company, Screamin Cow, to mentor Adam McChesney, Starnes took a six-week break and realised his passion for marketing and hiring offshore talent.
Starnes' journey began when he founded Screamin Cow Marketing Group in early 2025. He later received over 30 offers to sell the company, eventually accepting one from Adam McChesney, a marketing entrepreneur who had grown his first agency to over a million dollars in recurring revenue in both 18 months and five months. McChesney, who previously founded Builders of Authority, acquired Screamin Cow and rebranded it as such.
Starnes then launched TalentFuze, aiming to grow the company this year and add a client portal next year. This portal will allow clients to track their return on investment, savings, and performance reviews of their hired virtual assistants. Unlike other recruitment services, TalentFuze offers training and support for both the talent and the agencies.
Brad Starnes' entrepreneurial spirit and passion for marketing and hiring offshore talent have led him to establish TalentFuze. With a focus on growth this year and the addition of a client portal next year, Starnes aims to provide a comprehensive service for digital marketing agencies and their clients.
