Ganosamhati Andolan unveils 94 candidates for Bangladesh’s 2026 election polls
Ganosamhati Andolan, a political organization, has announced its candidates for the upcoming presidential polls in 2026. The party will contest in various constituencies across Bangladesh, with notable figures taking the lead.
In Chattogram, Hasan Maruf Rumi will represent Ganosamhati Andolan in Chattogram-9. Meanwhile, in Dhaka, Monir Uddin Pappu will contest from Dhaka-7, and Taslima Akhter will fight for a seat in Dhaka-12. Bachchu Bhuiyan will represent the party in Dhaka-3.
The organization's chief coordinator, Zonayed Saki, will contest from Brahmanbaria-6. Julhasnayeen Babu will represent Pabna-12. Abul Hassan Rubel, the executive coordinator, will contest from Pabna-4 and Dhaka-10.
Gonosamhati Andolan has announced a total of 94 candidates for the election polls. The party is set to celebrate its ten-year founding anniversary on November 14, 2021, at 3:00 PM in Shahbagh, in front of the National Museum.
