Charges Filed Against Man in Saxony: Teenagers Drugged and Exploited - German Man Faces 70 Charges for Drugging and Abusing Teen Boys Over Three Years

A 37-year-old man in Saxony stands accused of drugging and sexually abusing three boys aged between 13 and 17. The alleged crimes took place over dozens of incidents, with some assaults recorded on video. Prosecutors have now brought formal charges against the suspect, who remains in pretrial detention since September 2025.

Between November 2022 and September 2025, the man reportedly hosted house parties at his Dresden apartment. Authorities claim he gave the three teenagers sedatives before assaulting them while they were incapacitated. Some of these attacks were filmed, and the footage was allegedly shared with others.

The suspect now faces 70 counts of sexual coercion, alongside additional offenses. Prosecutors have stated that he has largely admitted to the allegations. Despite the severity of the charges, the man had no prior criminal record before his arrest. Investigators in Saxony have confirmed that no further victims or suspects have been linked to the case. The Dresden Regional Court will soon decide whether to proceed with a full trial.

The case centres on the alleged abuse of three boys over nearly three years. If convicted, the suspect could face significant legal consequences for the recorded and shared assaults. The court's decision on opening main trial proceedings is still pending.
