Germany’s Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) has sent around 1,700 emergency generators to Ukraine since Russia’s full-scale invasion. THW’s capabilities were also demonstrated during Berlin’s recent power outage. The organisation provided emergency generators from its national stockpile to restore critical services. Such deployments follow official requests and are coordinated through established channels.
