Germany's Top Firms Shine at Company of the Future Awards 2024
The annual Company of the Future awards took place last night, celebrating top businesses for their innovation and leadership. The event kicked off with a warm reception for attendees before moving into a night of recognition and discussion.
Jens de Buhr, publisher of DUP UNTERNEHMER Magazine and founder of the BIG BANG AI Festival, officially opened the ceremony. His speech set the tone for an evening focused on forward-thinking companies and their achievements.
Three key awards were presented: *Employer of the Future*, *Business Innovator*, and *Company of the Future*. Among the winners were major German firms like Siemens, SAP, BMW, and Deutsche Telekom—all active in the country this year. The *Premium Leaders Club* took home the *Company of the Future* title, with founder and CEO Tanja Hacker sharing her thoughts after receiving the honour. A panel discussion followed, exploring *Longevity and Health Optimization for Executives—From Challenge to Solution*. The conversation brought together industry leaders to examine strategies for improving executive well-being. Later, Ines Woermann, Managing Director of the German Innovation Institute (diind), presented the trophies to the winning companies. The evening also featured an exclusive raffle, offering a grand prize of a €15,000 voucher for a luxury sailing trip. The night wrapped up with networking over finger food, giving guests a chance to connect in a relaxed setting.
The awards ceremony highlighted the contributions of leading companies in Germany. Winners like Siemens, SAP, BMW, and Deutsche Telekom were recognised alongside the Premium Leaders Club for their impact. The event closed with opportunities for attendees to build new professional connections.
