Gita Mahotsav 2025 unites devotees in Kurukshetra’s historic celebration of Indian culture

The annual Gita Mahotsav took place this year in Kurukshetra, Haryana, drawing large crowds of devotees and visitors. The festival celebrates the Bhagavad Gita and its enduring influence on Indian culture. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini attended the main event at the historic Brahm Sarovar.

The Haryana government organised this year's Gita Mahotsav, choosing Kurukshetra as the venue for its deep ties to Indian mythology. The city, known for its role in the Mahabharata, provided a meaningful setting for the cultural festivals.

The Gita Mahotsav 2025 concluded with a strong display of cultural and spiritual unity. The festival reinforced Kurukshetra's significance as a centre of Indian tradition. Organisers hope the event will continue to inspire future generations with the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita.
