Glasgow industrial site hit by red paint protest over military ties

A Glasgow industrial facility was vandalised with red drawing early on Thursday, 27 November 2025. The attack targeted the site over claims it supports military aircraft and weapons systems—allegations the company denies. Activists threw red paint across the premises in the early hours. Their statement accused the facility of involvement in electronic-warfare systems for the F-35, combat aircraft computers, and drone components. They also linked the site to US and Israeli military platforms. The incident has left visible damage to the building and perimeter fencing. Police continue to gather evidence as part of their enquiries. The facility remains focused on its industrial and aerospace coating services, with no confirmed ties to weapons manufacturing.
