Göttingen Youth Parliament to elect new state representative next week
The Göttingen Youth Parliament will hold its next session on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. The meeting takes place in the City Hall cafeteria on the 16th floor of the New Town Hall. Among the key items on the agenda is the election of a representative to the Lower Saxony State Association of Children’s and Youth Participation Bodies (NDJ). The session will begin with reports from various committees, the administrative office, and working groups. Updates from the presidium will also be shared before moving to the main discussions. The meeting will conclude after the election and discussions on the 2026 focus. The newly chosen representative will take on responsibilities within the NDJ, ensuring Göttingen’s youth perspectives are included in regional policy talks. All proceedings will be held in the City Hall cafeteria, accessible via Hiroshimaplatz 1–4.
