Government’s ‘Just Get It Done’ Portal Flooded with 12,400 Reform Ideas in a Month

A government portal, 'Just Get It Done', aimed at simplifying bureaucracy has received a flood of suggestions in its first month. Since its launch four weeks ago, the portal has gathered over 12,400 reports from citizens and businesses. Officials now face the task of reviewing the high volume of submissions. The portal was introduced to streamline administrative processes and reduce unnecessary paperwork. In just four weeks, more than 5,200 reports highlighted problems with applications, permits, and official notices. Another 1,000 focused on digitalisation, while around 850 addressed tax-related concerns. Over half of the submissions came from private individuals. Nearly one in four reports was sent by companies, showing broad engagement across different groups. A spokeswoman for the Digital Ministry confirmed the figures but did not provide further details on individual cases. Digital Minister Karsten Wildberger has described the response as a strong signal. He believes the sheer number of proposals demonstrates public demand for cutting red tape and improving efficiency. The 'Just Get It Done' portal has collected thousands of suggestions in a short time. Authorities will now assess the reports to identify key areas for reform. The next steps will depend on which issues appear most frequently and urgently.
