Damm not yet excluded from Green state parliament faction - Green Party delays expulsion vote for lawmaker Hannes Damm until December 19
The expulsion of Green Party lawmaker Hannes Damm from his parliamentary faction has been delayed. Originally set for December 9, the vote will now take place on December 19. The faction cited the need for a proper review as the reason for the postponement.
Damm’s troubles began in September when he was stripped of his role as deputy faction leader. The move followed what the group described as a serious breach of trust. Despite this, he remains a member of the faction—at least for now.
The vote on Damm’s expulsion will now occur on December 19. Until then, he remains part of the parliamentary group. The outcome will determine his future role within the Green Party’s state faction.
