Hamburg Team's Sustainable Projects: HAINWERK & FRIEDRICH Set for 2026-27 Completion
Hamburg Team, a leading real estate and project development company, is set to complete two major sustainable projects in Berlin. The HAINWERK mixed-use complex and the FRIEDRICH residential ensemble are on track to meet stringent energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
The HAINWERK project, due for completion in August 2027, is a 19,350 m² office and 930 m² retail space development, along with a 2,400 m² supermarket. It adheres to the BEG 40 energy efficiency standard and operates carbon-neutral. The high-rise construction is underway with Adolf Lupp GmbH + Co KG and Medicke as joint venture partners. The office building will feature wooden ceilings, balconies, and landscaped rooftop terraces. Heating and cooling will be powered by geothermal energy, heat pumps, and photovoltaics. The project aims for DGNB, LEED, and WiredScore Platinum certifications.
The FRIEDRICH residential ensemble, comprising 125 apartments, is set to be completed in June 2026. It aligns with Hamburg Team's commitment to high ESG criteria and sustainable development.
Hamburg Team, overseeing a portfolio worth over four billion euros, continues to deliver sustainable projects. The HAINWERK and FRIEDRICH projects demonstrate the company's dedication to energy efficiency and responsible development.
