HEAG mobilo, the mobility services provider for Darmstadt and the Darmstadt-Dieburg region, has secured the future of its leadership. The company's shareholders have extended the contracts of managing directors Arne Rath and Johannes Gregor until 2031. The extension, decided by the City of Darmstadt, the Darmstadt-Dieburg district, and HEAG mobilo itself, sends a strong signal of continuity. Rath and Gregor, who joined the company from Eisenbahn Verkehrs Nachrichten (EVN) in 2023, have been praised for their leadership qualities. Lutz Köhler, First Deputy District Administrator of Darmstadt-Dieburg, commended their role in maintaining a high-performance and efficient public transport system. The duo will continue to oversee the city's traffic management and a wide range of mobility services, including buses, trains, and local micromobility options. Paul Georg Wandrey, Darmstadt’s transport commissioner, highlighted the importance of HEAG mobilo's stability for the municipal economy. Rath and Gregor expressed gratitude for the trust placed in them and committed to further improving mobility services and the company. With their contracts extended, the future of HEAG mobilo's leadership is secure until 2031.
