Heroes of Kuban: SVO Participants Near Internship Milestone

The 'Heroes of Kuban' project, aimed at supporting and integrating participants and veterans of the SVO, has been underway in Krasnodar Krai. Key figures, including acting vice-governor Veniamin Kondratyev, have been involved in the initiative. The project's first stage of internships is set to conclude on November 21.

The project, led by Alexander Topalov, focuses on the comprehensive development of participants. It aims to integrate them into management structures and key economic sectors of the Kuban. Topalov highlighted the importance of setting a good example for successful adaptation and integration into civilian life.

Participants have been discussing career growth opportunities in the public sector and receiving support tailored to their needs. The first stage of internships has seen participants making progress, as they recently shared updates with the acting vice-governor of Krasnodar Krai.
