The exercise, attended by Interior Minister Christian Pegel (SPD), focused on evaluating alert procedures, long-distance troop movements, and logistical support of emergency personnel. Participants came from all districts across the region, showcasing strong inter-agency cooperation.

Units involved included disaster relief organizations, state and federal police, the Technical Relief Agency (THW), and the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). This comprehensive approach allowed for a thorough assessment of response capabilities.
