India's Minister Margherita to Strengthen Ties in Ecuador, Bolivia, Cuba

Pabitra Margherita, India's Minister of State for External Affairs and Textiles, is set to embark on a diplomatic tour from November 4 to 10. Her itinerary includes Ecuador, Bolivia, and Cuba, where she will engage with political leaders, business representatives, and the Indian community.

Margherita's visit to Cuba will focus on strengthening bilateral relations, with discussions centering around health, digital public infrastructure, and capacity building. In Bolivia, she will represent India at the inauguration of the newly-elected President on November 8 in La Paz. Additionally, she will meet with President Luis Arce and Foreign Minister Rogelio Mayta during her stay.

In Ecuador, Margherita will review preparations for establishing a resident Indian Mission in Quito, further bolstering diplomatic ties. Throughout her visit, she will meet with political leadership in these countries to discuss mutual interests and review bilateral relations. Moreover, she will interact with business representatives and the Indian community, fostering economic and cultural connections.
