International Defense Exhibition to take place in Istanbul
The 17th International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF 2025) is set to take place in Istanbul, Turkey, from July 22 to July 27, 2025. This significant global defense event is organised by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, Turkish National Defense Ministry, Defense Industries Presidency, and the Armed Forces Foundation.
Over six action-packed days, the Istanbul Fair Center, Atatürk Airport, Wow Hotel, and Atakoy Marina will serve as the venues for this extensive exhibition. The Istanbul Expo Center will be a key location, hosting a variety of exhibits and technologies showcasing the latest advancements in the defense industry.
The fair will feature an array of defense technologies and equipment, including armored combat and tactical vehicles, unmanned ground, air, and sea vehicles (drones and UGVs), weapon systems and rockets, long-range anti-tank missile systems, infantry weapons, military simulators and electronic warfare solutions, power groups, and explosive ordnance disposal equipment. Additionally, modular defense infrastructure solutions such as deployable military camps, mobile hospitals, prefabricated hangars, command & control units, and specialized containerized systems will also be on display.
