Iowa’s 2nd District candidates face voters in Sunday’s primary forum

A candidate forum for the Iowa 2nd District House primary will take place in Manchester this Sunday. Organised by the AFL-CIO, the event gives residents a chance to meet three hopefuls vying for the seat. A voter registration booth will also be on site for attendees.

The meet and greet runs from 2 pm to 4 pm at Mixteca Grill, with doors opening at 1:30 pm. Attendees can speak directly with Kathy J. Dolter, Clint Twedt-Ball, and Lindsay James—all competing in the upcoming primary election.

The forum offers voters a chance to hear from the candidates before the election. Registration services will be available for those needing to sign up. Organisers have not announced further events in the district.
