Join Dinslaken's Democracy Alliance: First Meeting on 29.09.2025
Dinslaken's Partnership for Democracy invites you to join the newly formed Democracy Alliance. The city has secured funding from the 'Democracy lives!' call to continue its democracy promotion work, started in 2015. The first watch is set for 29.09.2025 at 5 PM in the Niederrhein Hall of the Kathrin-Türks-Halle.
The Democracy Alliance aims to create a strong societal alliance for promoting democracy and opposing extremism. It is part of the Partnership for Democracy Dinslaken and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education, Family, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. The Alliance will regularly watch over the use of funding, with two projects already up for voting.
Mrs. Christin Petrick, the program advisor, will be present at the first watch to answer questions and gather interested parties. Associations, initiatives, and individuals are welcome to implement their own projects and ideas through the funding.
The Democracy Alliance's first watch is scheduled for 29.09.2025. It invites associations, initiatives, and individuals to join and contribute to promoting democracy and opposing extremism in Dinslaken. The program advisor will be present to guide and support attendees.
