JTI Secures Dual Top Employer Titles in Germany for 2025
Japan Tobacco International (JTI) has again been recognised as one of Germany’s leading employers. The company received both the Top Employer 2025 certification and the Kununu 'Top Company 2025' badge, based on strong feedback from its workforce. These awards highlight JTI’s commitment to employee satisfaction, career growth, and workplace culture.
JTI Germany was officially named a Top Employer 2025 at a ceremony in Berlin on February 6, 2025. Timur Özgür, the company’s Area Sales Manager East, accepted the award on behalf of its 2,200 employees. This marks the 12th year in a row that JTI has ranked among the top 10 employers in Germany, as assessed by the Top Employers Institute.
The double recognition confirms JTI’s long-standing position as a leading employer in Germany. With a workforce of over 2,200, the company continues to prioritise employee development and workplace satisfaction. The awards reflect consistent feedback from staff and independent assessments of JTI’s HR practices.
