Jump-House Expands in Germany with Bispingen Adventureland Acquisition

Jump-House, the leading trampoline park operator in Europe, has expanded its reach by acquiring the popular Adventureland park in Bispingen. The acquisition, finalised in October 2022, sees the company take over the successful home founded by local entrepreneurs Florian Groffmann and Nicole Groffmann, along with Steffen Brunckhorst and Viola Brunckhorst. The home, initially opened as Bispinger Adventureland in 2019, has since become a significant attraction in the region, drawing visitors from the local area and beyond.

Founded in 2014 by Hamburg entrepreneurs, Jump-House pioneered the trampoline park concept in Germany. With over 70 locations across Europe, the company is part of the Rush Group, owned by Equip Capital. Jump-House favours strategically situated locations for growth and expansion, making the Bispingen acquisition a logical step.

Florian Groffmann recalls the high initial demand when Bispinger Adventureland opened on September 1, 2019. The home quickly established itself as a popular venue for children's birthday parties, attracting visitors with its unique attractions. Following the acquisition, all 80 employees were taken over by Jump-House, ensuring continuity in operations. The previous owners, including Florian Groffmann, continue to work as consultants for Jump-House, providing valuable insights into the local market.

With the acquisition of Adventureland, Jump-House strengthens its position in the German market. The company plans to utilise the expertise of the previous owners to explore new opportunities in the vicinity of Bremen and Hamburg, such as the development of Battlekart racing tracks. Meanwhile, the Bispingen trampoline park continues to serve as a popular destination for families and children, offering a fun and active experience.
