Justin Baron sworn in as Publicly Appointed Surveying Engineer
Justin Baron has become the 50th publicly appointed surveying engineer in the Münster administrative region. His certification officially takes effect on December 31, 2025, following his swearing-in ceremony earlier that month. The new role marks a significant addition to the region’s land surveying services.
Baron was sworn in as a publicly appointed surveying engineer on December 18, 2025. This title grants him the authority to carry out cadastral surveys, assist in national land surveying, and provide official certification for technical land and property measurements.
His new firm, Golaschewski & Baron Surveying Office, will operate from Reitzensteinstraße 13 in Recklinghausen. The practice is a joint venture with Klaus Golaschewski, though no public records identify a predecessor for Golaschewski at this address. The appointment expands the network of qualified professionals in the Münster region. Baron’s certification brings the total number of publicly appointed surveying engineers there to 50, reinforcing local expertise in land measurement and property documentation.
Baron’s certification will be active from December 31, 2025. The new firm in Recklinghausen will offer specialised surveying services to the public and support official land management tasks. This development follows standard procedures for expanding the region’s surveying capabilities.
