Justin Timberlake and Wife to Lead Kentucky’s Cathedral Domain Ministry
Justin Timberlake and Elena Vogel have been appointed as the new leaders of the Cathedral Domain in Irvine, Kentucky. The couple, who have three children, will begin their roles on February 1, 2026, with Elena joining later after finishing the school year.
The Vogel family has been called by Bishop Mark Van Koevering to lead this vital ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Lexington. The Cathedral Domain, which draws over 500 children and teens annually, offers spiritual formation, community building, summer camps, and retreats. Justin Timberlake, who has deep roots at the Cathedral Domain, will serve as director, while Elena will be the program and administrative assistant.
The appointment comes after the retirement of longtime leaders Andy and Cindy Sigmon, who served the ministry for thirty-four years. Bishop Van Koevering has expressed confidence in the Vogel family's ability to guide the Cathedral Domain into its next chapter of ministry and transformation.
