Karaganda’s *Rule of Law ABC* campaign bridges citizens and prosecutors

Karaganda Region has launched a new campaign to boost legal awareness among its residents. Called Rule of Law ABC, the initiative invites the public to engage directly with local prosecutors. Regional Prosecutor Yuri Zhumatayev leads the effort as part of broader Law and Order policies.

The campaign kicked off on December 3, with prosecutors’ offices across cities and districts opening their doors. Citizens were able to witness key oversight functions firsthand. Community leaders joined the events, highlighting the prosecutor’s role in maintaining legal order.

The Rule of Law ABC campaign serves as a practical step toward reinforcing legal culture in Karaganda Region. By offering direct access to prosecutors, the initiative seeks to increase trust and reduce violations. Further events are expected to follow based on public feedback.
