Kaufland Expands in Koblenz: New Branch Opens in Mülheim-Kärlich in 2025
Kaufland is set to open its fifth branch in the Koblenz region, taking over the vacant space left by Real's closure in March 2024. The new store will be located in the Gewerbepark Mülheim-Kärlich and is scheduled to open on December 4, 2025.
The new Kaufland branch will offer customers a wide range of news, with around 30,000 items of food and daily necessities. The building complex is undergoing extensive renovations to provide more shopping comfort for customers. This opening is not the only new addition to the Gewerbepark this year. Snipes, a sportswear retailer, will also open a new store in the former JD-Sports location on October 17, 2025.
Kaufland's expansion in the region continues with this new branch, joining existing locations in Bendorf, Andernach, Mayen, and Neuwied.
Kaufland's new branch in Mülheim-Kärlich, opening on December 4, 2025, will provide local customers with a wide variety of news and improved shopping comfort. The opening of Snipes nearby further enhances the Gewerbepark's retail offerings.
