Kazakhstan strengthens cultural ties with Mecca’s record-breaking Clock Tower Museum

Kazakhstan's Consul General in Jeddah, Ruslan Kospanov, recently visited the renowned Clock Tower Museum in Mecca. The museum, dedicated to themes of time, astronomy, and the Islamic calendar, holds a Guinness World Record.

During his visit, Consul General Kospanov met with the museum's director-general, Naif Al-Maliki. The two officials discussed potential collaborations in tourism, science, and culture. One of the key agreements was to incorporate the Kazakh language into the museum's portable audio guides, making it more accessible to Kazakh visitors.

To further accommodate Kazakh citizens, special discounts and benefits will be introduced. Additionally, official Kazakh delegations will receive special arrangements during their museum tours.

The Clock Tower Museum in Mecca and Kazakhstan's Consulate General in Jeddah have agreed to cooperate, aiming to enhance cultural exchange and tourism. Kazakh visitors and delegations can now expect a more inclusive and welcoming experience at the museum.
